About
Infrastructure Asset Management NT (IAM-NT) allows for the Northern Territory Government and tradespeople to work together in assisting the community to return to normal after major events and damage.
The system allows for
• The rapid and detailed assessment of key buildings and critical infrastructure in the community by engineers and experts.
• The recording of repairs and tasks, including the allocation to contractors, tradespeople, and their staff.
• The ongoing management of the tasks within the system so that there is effective collaboration between the NTG and tradespeople – to ensure the assets are returned to the community as quickly as possible.
• Post-event analysis, to ensure that any future responses are as streamlined as possible, and all learnings are incorporated in operating procedures.
