Helped me organize care for aunt with Alzheimer’s
When a family member was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and we needed to move her to a Memory Care unit we immediately turned to ianacare to organize communication and coordination of the move and selling her home. It was great to have one space to discuss decisions and keep tabs on her day to day health. After she was discharged from the hospital we also used the app to coordinate in home care visits before she moved. There were so many things to track - it helped us streamline communication during a sad and confusing time!

Great tool to manage Alzheimer’s care!
I have been using ianacare for two weeks now - a benefit through my employer. We are putting in all of our aunts medical appointments and using the updates section to communicate. Before we had multiple text chains and it was overwhelming and frustrating… now it’s all in one place. One source of truth! We have also met with the Caregiver Navigator and received amazing tips and talking points for the initial doctors appointments when we were getting a diagnosis. Now I’m working with a Navigator to help with the family management aspects.
I also used the search tool for local resources and found free services for respite!

Total bust
The app appears to be what I want to coordinate visitors for an ill friend. However the sign up process was exceptionally difficult and frustrating. I’m moving on to find a better app for this.
I recommend AARP try the app first before recommending it. I’m a capable app user and found the account mss management sign up process difficult. My older friends found it impossible.
Support is quick but by email only. A video describing the sign up process might be helpful.

Perfect app for caregiving organizing!
My wife is dealing with early onset dementia so I find myself responsible for everything including her personal care. Luckily, I have kind and generous family who pitch in here and there to give me much-needed breaks. This app has been a godsend to help me stay organized and to put out calls for help, without having to manage all the various messaging platforms that different people use. I tried a few other apps and none are as functional and easy to use as Inacare. I’m so grateful to have it!

Sign up process is awful and does not work
I can’t get past the verification process to even use the app.
Just no.
This is by far one of the worst scamming apps I’ve ever used. When I went to go create an account it asked for my gmail and to create a password. I did just that and when it told me to log in I went to log in and it said password or username does not match. So I went and tried to create my account again and it said this phone number is already in use. I said ok so why won’t it let me access my account. I then try to change my password by putting in my gmail and it said “sorry this gmail is not found in our system”. Worst experience ever.

Saved my career
This app came to the rescue at the most stressful time in my life. Without it, I would have had to quit my job. The benefit curation saved me hours of useless googling and saved me money on critical items my family needed in our caregiving scenario. What is required of multiple apps and services is consolidated here making it extremely efficient. If you are a caregiver, please download this!

App failed at Care Recipient Authorization
Can’t use. Screen went blank and authorization checkbox kep fluttering, would not stay in frame. I’ll try updating my OS but this is not impressive. How can you use a service if the technology of the app fails when you try to sign up, And won’t let you sign up?
Awesome tool
I am a caregiver to my teenage daughter, who has complex disabilities. This app has made it so easy to invite all the people who love her to be more involved in her life. It also makes it so much easier to coordinate her paid caregiving. I only wish it made it easier to add repeat/recurring events. Otherwise, it’s everything I was looking for, and more.

Ianacare is a huge help!
We wouldn’t know what to do without ianacare anymore. It is true, as a caregiver a lot of people ask: You let me know if there is anything we can do? And in that moment you dont know what to say, cuz you have it under control for the moment. But the answer is - join Valeria‘s (our daughter’s) ianacare team and will let you know, if we need help.
It s a super cool app. You can organize everything. Rides to Dr‘s appointments, PT, even mealdelivery etc. Try it out. It‘s much easier to ask anyone for help with ianacare and you have to sooner or later and people, who join Valerias team are really happy to help and to be a part of the ianacare team plus we use the app to structure our day and responsibilities within the family as well.

User friendly app to keep loved ones in the loop and ask for specific help
The app has really been instrumental in coordinating help and staying in the loop with one who needs care. This is way better than group texts or Facebook to stay up to date on loved ones. The app is really user friendly and easy to use! Highly recommend it!

You could make the argument that nothing is more important in life than caring for your friends and family. Finally a company like Ianacare exists to really focus on this and make this life all the more special. This truly is the highest calling and they are doing it flawlessly.

Freely ask and freely say no
This amazing app showed up when I needed it most. It allowed me to freely ask for help during my mother’s illness and it slowed for our people to step up and support us in so many ways. It is easy, convenient and probably the best thing I utilized as my mother was dying. It is a must have for every single caregiver. ❤️
