Do not download this app. This app is fraud. They are trying to steal your information once you pay for the subscription you won’t be allowed to log into the app anymore if you talk to the customer representative service they will tell you to uninstall the app and install it back once you do that you won’t have access to the app anymore. Horrible app
The person that made this app is most likely in elementary school. The app glitches a lot and never works. Can’t even stream on the tv from your phone. Save yourself the stress and download iroko. I have both and I have to say the difference is massive.
Do not bother!
This app has been useless for years. Videos don’t play, customer service is redundant. Don’t waste your time subscribing because payment won’t go through. It’s a shame that we can see our favourite actors on the face of a movie yet we can’t view it smh.

Worst video app ever
The app is never working properly for more than 5 minutes. And the only advice I’ve gotten is to delete and redownload it.
The app keeps shutting down
Unfortunately, my experience with this movie streaming app has been less than ideal. Every time I try to play a movie, the app shuts down on me, leaving me frustrated and unable to enjoy my favorite films. It's incredibly disappointing to have paid for a service that doesn't function properly, and I hope that the developers can address this issue soon. Until then, I can't recommend this app to anyone who wants a reliable and enjoyable streaming experience.

Stay away
All these bad reviews but they still can’t figure out how to fix the issues raised by users. So I ignored all the bad reviews and got a subscription for a month just to try : a terrible mistake, they have a good selection of movies but you can’t play any of them. Reported to Apple.
Bad service
Honestly IBAKA needs to do better. Every time I need to use this app I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Otherwise there is no sound. This is bad, the other movie Apps related to Nollywood movies are not like this. So many complains and nothing is been done.

Funds taken but unable to view
I contacted Ibaka on the 21/8 via a chat session and was told that it was a Sunday so my query will be looked into on a working day. I email their support email on the 25/8 to follow up and yet to review a response. Dodgy
Can’t be streamed
Ibakatv has nice movies but can’t be streamed like irokotv .. You can’t watch it on tv like other channels and it’s annoying.. you can’t watch with friends and family.. nobody watches movies on phones ,computers and tablets anymore ibakatv.. you guys need to update your app cos irokotv is doing great..oh and I just cancelled my subscription..

They are scammers
I subscribed to this but could never watched just a single movie. I cant’t even access the account , I have reached out to the customer services on countless occasions. They will respond to my initial message but I after airing out my frustrations, I will never hear from them again. I have tried to change my password just to access the account but to no avail .I am able to unsubscribe after many attempts . I called my bank to informed them about it and I was given a new debit card to avoid further deduction from my account . Yet ,These scammers are still able to take money from my account . Never subscribe to this because:
1. You won’t be able to watch any movie
2. You will not have the ability to subscribe
3. I suspect they collect personal data with their app and still defraud people once you give them your bank details.

Horrible customer service
Since December 2021 I have been trying to get my account fixed and it’s now February 2022 and still experiencing the same issue. I have used Chat support and email and my response was we are working on it and give us a few days. Like I did a few days has become months now. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Every year they disable login when a bunch of new come out
Every around the same time,They disable your subscription and you are unable to renew it. At the same time this is when all the new movies come out. When you contact customer service, they use some some no ethical ways to try to renew it, Last year, the customer service service representative told me to give them six numbers of my debit card so that they could find out why it was not working. I had already sent them a copy of the paid subscription. I I refuse to stand six numbers of my debit card.How ever I spoke to several different customer service representative and none of them can seem to get the subscription renew even though I had paid for it already paid for. Good movies but the business side is very deceptive. So I refuse to renew.

The worst app ever
This is the worst app ever, just paid and I’m regretting it. I cancelled recurring payments immediately. A waste of money. The app suddenly just stop working and you can’t search for movies. Really bad.
