Worst Banking App
I think this is the WORST banking app in the world! I tried to give it 0 star, but thats not possible, so giving 1 star.
The verification system is completely unreliable and poorly designed, leading to frequent errors and
I am from abroad and have been using fifteen different banks in Saudi Arabia. I opened all these accounts without visiting the branches, incurring no costs, and received the services completely free of charge, except for the credit card. The debit cards were also delivered to my home at no cost. However, I am confused as to why Islamic banks require extensive verification processes, such as self-verification, CBS bank account add form, debit card application forms, opening form, debit card issue from fixed branches which necessitate visiting the branch, green t pin verification. Despite this, they continue to harass customers and deduct fees at the end of each year. I assure you that in my experience abroad, all bank services are free, with no SMS service fees, no debit card re issue fee, no end of the year fee and only credit cards and loan services incur charges.
