Super annoying reminder
I have an indoor pool. It is marked as such. But every single day do I get the message to ensure the filtration is on 15 hours a day. Dismissing it every single day. My filtration is always on, I do not need this notification!!! Much rather wouldI like to see the notification for chlorine to be added not only showing up AFTER the fact of it being out of bounds but just before.

Hot Tub Care
This product is aces in my book. Had it for 9 months and love how it walks you through the steps for properly maintaining your water quality. I recently had a problem and tech support was there to help. The key is to follow their instructions. Thanks ICare!!
Battery
Battery does not last, have been waiting 2 months for replacement can’t get an answer out of the company besides from an email with a generic response.
Bluetooth does not work
Trying to upgrade. Less than 6” away from the iCare it’s telling me to get closer to establish Bluetooth connection. Not connecting. Can’t restart or do anything else as Bluetooth needs it to do that.
Restarting the phone didn’t help either. so I’m stuck.
My pool is inside and I’m okay with getting weekly reminder for weekly maintenance. But I am being flooded with useless reminders about adjusting filter and more. There is no place to turn these off and to only get reminders which pertain to the pool I have.
The readings are great so I know when to add chlorine or when the ph it’s going high, but all else is a nuisance.

Good when it works
I initially liked this product but it’s stopped working. For a few months now it’s stopped measuring the pH, giving measurements of 13 when it’s 7.0 etc. Now it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried trouble shooting with no results. App says the sensors are not in water, BUT they are in water. It keeps telling me to connect to blue tooth but doesn’t connect. It is connected to WiFi though and I was able to update the software but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried the chat bot but it’s pretty basic and doesn’t give any real help. I tried submitting a help form but it says (in French) that my form has errors-at least I think the word error was there-it was in French but it looked similar. It doesn’t tell me where the error is though and I can’t submit the form. I tried phone chat but that looks like it’s not something I can do. I think I really paid way way way too much for something that is broken in less than a year. I don’t recommend this product unless they contact me through my review and fix it.

ICare
Makes it easy to know your water is healthy. Easy to use.
Stopped working today.
The icare system won't connect to the phone app. My app tells me to cut the icare system on but it's already on. When I try to reset the icare system it flashes red yellow and green but won't connect to the app. My wifi and Bluetooth is working fine so I don't know what's going on.
Short lifespan
MY pH probe was not working and they sent a new probe and told me to calibrate it but it wouldn’t calibrate. They had me try different things and it was obvious something more is wrong. Now they are sending me the iCare Smart Core which sounds like the guts of the system and have me replace everything. It is only 6 months old. I really want to like the iCare but disappointed in how much work it has been to try to get it fixed. I not sure why they don’t just replace it rather than continuing to piecemeal it. I have been working on it for a month now.

Great, Great, Great !!
I have had your product for almost 3 years now. If I ever had an issue it’s always been resolved. If there was something wrong with the device you would replace it with no questions. My water is always clear and it’s the easiest thing to use.

Will not set up
Was excited to use this product but I cannot get past my set up page because it will not save my info. Waste of time & $$. WilL return ASAP
Helpful, if you remember to check the app
I will say, the device and app HAVE been helpful for keeping me on track with what my sis needs, but only slightly. Why are there no notifications? Like, at all? When my spa needs something, why am I not alerted by the app right away? I have to remember to go into the app and look. By that time, it could have needed attention for a while. App alerts are base level functionality. I don’t get it. My iPhone notifications are set up correctly, so it’s not that.
