I used the app for some time but recently there has been a glitch and have been unable to submit cases.

Bad app

Terrible app tax dollars hard at work app doesn’t work nor does the city of Taylor.

Bad app!

In the past I’ve used the app and it worked fine. Today, it won’t let me open a case about my trash not being picked up. It keeps telling me to register (which I did already over a year ago) and it will only give an error message. Called the city, and was on hold for 15 minutes and nobody answered. 👎🏻👎🏻

Useless

This app is not working at all. Its useless. My garbage did not get picked up on tuesday and now its friday. My trash is still ar the curb. Tried to make a complaint but the app isn’t working…..again🤦‍♀️
