I used the app for some time but recently there has been a glitch and have been unable to submit cases.

Terrible app tax dollars hard at work app doesn’t work nor does the city of Taylor.

In the past I’ve used the app and it worked fine. Today, it won’t let me open a case about my trash not being picked up. It keeps telling me to register (which I did already over a year ago) and it will only give an error message. Called the city, and was on hold for 15 minutes and nobody answered. 👎🏻👎🏻

Useless
This app is not working at all. Its useless. My garbage did not get picked up on tuesday and now its friday. My trash is still ar the curb. Tried to make a complaint but the app isn’t working…..again🤦♀️

This app is a complete joke , made 2 reports and have recieved no responses, vmcomplete garbage app do not waste your time
App Will Not Take Homeowner Registration
This app is once again malfunctioning with NO response from the developers. It will not let homeowners complete the registration, the pick homeowner screen remains blank with iOS. I have the latest updates. And have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Downloaded app, all I get is an black screen when I try to open it
App not working on iPhone 8- black screen
Issue was reported to the city. Since then app says there was an update, but for iPhone X only. I Deleted the app from my phone and the cloud, then did a restart on phone and downloaded again, but i still get a black screen when i try to open it. I love the idea of this app and all I can do on it when it does work, but this issue has been going on for months now.
