App not working
I'm not exactly sure when, but this app has stopped working. I'm unable to make or receive calls.

Disappointing
App drops calls constantly… says “reconnecting” even with strong Wi-Fi and cellular signals, and whether call was initiated by you or trying to answer a client call. Voicemails freeze for 15 - 30 seconds if you start to listen and want to stop listening, just go ahead and call the person back, or try to move the bar to listen to another portion of the message. Last app update was 2 years ago.

Not “perfect enough” to use reliably
I’ve had a lot of issues with this app. Unless you refresh your app daily, it will make your actual desk phone go on a fritz. I’ve noticed the other phones in my office will ring but mine won’t at all until I sign in and out of the app again.
From a pickup standpoint: it only works 50% of the time. I’ve dropped a lot of clients when they call in and have to call them back from my actual cell phone number instead of using this app.
All in all: it can’t do what apps like Teams or other VOIP can do. I wouldn’t recommend using this until they can fix a few loose ends.
