Canāt log in
In my home network I am not able to watch my local channels. Logged out and tried to log back in and the redirect is asking for a reCapchata but nothing shows up. Pretty worthless if you ask me. Uninstalled, then reinstalled still not working. Shut down the phone and restart, still no good.
Awful
App is completely unreliable. Frequent messages that channels are not available for viewing unless connected to home WiFi/internet, which I AM. The only way I have found around this is to delete the app, reinstall and log into account. And today that didnāt work! Cable TV service is just as bad.
Doesnāt work at all
Just spoke to a wow IT person who told me thereās nothing he can do. My log in info is correct but it keeps saying āauthentication failedā. Issue was bumped to a supervisor who may call me within the next FOUR DAYS. Note to WOW: If your app doesnāt work, you shouldnāt advertise it or say yo use it. This app is a failure.

Terrible
Iāve had wow for about a month now switched from Xfinity. Xfinity cable and even app was excellent but the price was getting too high decided to go ahead and try Wow as years ago I had it and liked it.
Not only has wow cable been a complete flop itās skipping and pixilated and delayed but the app is horrible!! it worked OK at first when I downloaded it but now whenever I try to watch a show that I recorded or even just a live show it just circles and circles and never pulls up my show.
Iāve triedRemoving and re-installing yet nothing works. The customer service people are a complete joke canāt figure out anything to fix my actual cable or the app.
Iām at a absolute loss. āWOWā is right!!! This is a mind blowing horrible cable companyā¦ itās sad because thatās why Xfinity is able to charge the prices that they do no real competition, but to have wow try to charge almost as much for a completely substandard, crap, low-grade product is terribly disappointing. Iām going to cancel after only one month. Just not worth $200 a month for this and an app thatās worthless!

This app is Junk
The whole forced switch to WOW TV+ has been a joke. Our old cable system with WOW was magnitudes better. This app is an excellent indication of how bad WOW's service is overall. Some of shows that are recorded will not play on the iPad but will on a TV. Some of live TV shows refuse to play. The closed captions don't work. The only choice for fast forwarding is 10 seconds at a time unless you use the scroll bar and that isn't easy to do. The app hasn't been updated in 10 months per the version history so that indicates they are not actively working to correct the problems. When I called customer service, the rep wasn't aware of the iPad app existence.
