Good, could be better
I find the information is hard to read. If you can improve the contrast with background and increase font size it would be a little more practical. Furthermore, the emergency services need to know what medication you are on, providing that option would be brilliant.
Needs clearer instructions
I got the app for my mother and I can’t figure out how to do it, if anyone can find a video or something on this app that would be appreciated.

This was a good idea while it lasted. However the widget no longer works therefore the app is pointless

Text color poor choice
The text hides in the background making it difficult to read, there should be an option to change the color of the text based on the users locked screen image.
Couldn’t make it available
Wording to make it available didn’t work, I deleted the app.
This would be awesome,but:
I wish there was more room for contacts and the lettering is black so when you open it up you can’t see any of the information!! Dark lettering on a black screen???
Not needed on iPhone
Downloaded this, it’s a great idea. Then found it’s possible already within iPhone settings ‘Emergency SOS’ - more easily accessible from lock screen.
Hope the developer doesn’t remove this review, but continues the great work to help the emergency services in other ways 👍

Good app but.....
I like this app it appears on my today screen and can be accessed even when the phone is locked. My only issue with it is that it has a grey background with black type and I find it very difficult to read. I have tried making sure my Lock Screen is pale so that there is light behind it. Perhaps others would find it easier. I can read it with difficulty but if I am I’ll I’d like to think my helpers could contact my husband or access allergies without any struggle.

Can’t add to Lock Screen
After taking first aid, CPR and AED courses I realized how important I.C.E is. The only issue I have is I can’t add to the lock screen.

Great idea
However, I have the dark background on my iPhone and the writing on this ICE app is black. Shouldn’t it change to white? Otherwise it’s unreadable so unusable at the moment!! Such a shame!
Great, but no text color
The emergency contact info is readily available, but the black text on a dark background is unreadable. Truly needs at least black and white text options, if not several colors. A tolerable app could be great.
Also, as one with several serious allergies, only two lines are permitted. Not enough for me.

Does not work
Great idea, but does not work. The instructions say to do something that the phone won’t.
Saved my phone
I lost my phone and even though I had a lock on it person who found it was able to call emergency number which was my sister and I got my phone back. Wonderful thing to have also in case of accident so police and Fire Department can have instant info on you.
Great idea, Poor performance.
The app instructions for enabling the Widget do not work (on iOS 13.3)—so I’m unable to make the app widget show up on the lock screen where needed. Useless without that. Tapped on App Support, which also doesn’t work.

Need more room to add further information eg any meds you take, any medical/ allergies and at least one more contact name

Really good ICE app for the locked notifications screen.
This app would be truly great if it had a section that would allow the user to list any medical conditions (ie Diabetic).
This change would make this a 5 star MUST HAVE APP for anybody with serious medical conditions.
Thank for creating this app it might just save a life one day.
