Doesn’t work
I downloaded this so I can pay my bill but it has never worked. I would have liked to use the app to see my payment history but now I have to inconveniently sign into my computer for this. Terrible.
Won’t work
This app won’t open. Just says “Retry” and still doesn’t open.

The app updated like a year ago and hasn’t worked since, please just take the app down at this point

Sone the last update it won’t let me on the app. Says there’s “an error on the app” .. that’s all the information it gives .

I’m a new user and just downloaded the app for the first time to pay my bill and it tells me there was a problem getting the settings and then it just doesn’t do anything else. So when my electric is turned off because my bill isn’t paid, I will be losing it! So be prepared!

As of August, I can no longer open the App. I receive the following message: “Error while getting App settings data”. Please resolve.

sorry app!! says login credentials not valid. But that's how I log in online! When trying as new user to app, says already registered!
Notification icon
This app is okay, however is poorly designed… once you report an outage, the notification system of the app will not allow you to clear, so therefore the the icon will show a notification all the time. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall, which didn’t solve the notification issue.
