3rd grade mentality visible in the app
The app allows to set up STP within individual account folio but does not provide the option to stop or modify it.
Asking to physically submit form in this day and age is just inefficient.
If security is a concern, why is setting it up allowed ?
This is nothing but plain bureaucratic hurdle being created

An untested prematurely released app
This app has too many issues—it genuinely feels like it was never tested properly. It completely fails to serve its intended purpose. Disappointing to see this level of negligence, and it reflects poorly on the institution’s commitment to its investors.

Very impressive the way the app has been improved
It’s smoother, very user-friendly, and much better than the previous version which took time to load. This version loads up data swiftly!
App keeps failing
This app is annoying as it keeps asking for updates and once updated it never works again.
Glitchy update to app
The new update to this app is very glitchy. First I had trouble logging in and now it shows the error again. Completely ruined what was once a basic but functional app.
New app is worse than old app
The new app may look good but functionality is very bad. It takes more no of clicks. Time taken to complete a transaction has increased. Merged/consolidated folios are displayed as separate folios. Asking for Broker code / RIA code for direct investment. Overall it’s very bad. 1 out 5.
No login screen
Am not able to see the login screen. It only shows the registration screen
Unable to see portfolios
Something seems to be wrong with new update. I could only see 1 portfolio now. If I try to add other portfolios, app shows ‘portfolio exists’ and wouldn’t allow to add any portfolio.
Also, app doesnt allow renaming portfolios.
Renaming portfolios would help users to refer particular portfolio quickly.
Please fix the issue with portfolio listing.

ICICI consistently delivers the rubbish experience
I’ve been an icici customer wife 2005 and in17 years all their systems work but there has never been any improvement on UX or usability. I had to make 10 attempts to complete a transaction

I'm already a registered member but still on first install app is asking me to register. There is no log in option.

Not getting OTP for Login
I think there is a problem with the update. I’m not getting any OTP to logon into the app. Please help me to login into the app.
Poor app
Very poorly designed app and needs double login and will ask to create one more user id. Strange!!

App Update
The app displays a pop-up that says an update is available for FATCA compliance and loads the iTunes Store. iTunes Store does not have the update and shows the "OPEN" option. This is now in an infinite loop.
