Getting jailbreak device notification
I am unable to open app on apple phone with message stating unable to open on a jailbreak device. My device is good and was able to open same app in the past.
Not able to link my policy
Not able to link my existing policy and there is no way to contact customer support from app
Clunky, but usable
Its certainly useful. But the interface to pay and autodebit are quite difficult to setup, making the process a little cumbersome. Surely tech can sort this out ?
Applications uses
It is an user friendly application and easy to understand the steps to be followed for an efficient working and uses for customer .
