App never opens or works
Do better at least for country’s growth. This shows the level of irresponsibility.

Doesn’t work most of the times! SBI is only of the largest bank in India and they should at least build a basic app with stability. They should outsource this app to a better IT company.
Defect in the user interface when using from the app
While using the app, Whenever I try to make premium payment, after I select the payment mode, I will not be able to scroll down in the dialogue box to go to the next page. I don’t know why every month this useless app keeps asking for update!!! Everytime I update and yet I face this issue, and I end up opening the browser from desktop and making the payment. Don’t you all do a round of basic end user testing after each update?!!!

Poor application
The amount of assets they have, a basic flutter application can be better than this.
Unnecessary Update
I was using Smart on my iPhone 7 and it was working fine. Later it gave a choice to update but I refused the choice and was using the earlier version which worked fine.
Now I am forced to update and the new version refuses to even open.
Please restore to us the choice of earlier version. The new one is completely useless to those with older phones.
