App never opens or works
Do better at least for country’s growth. This shows the level of irresponsibility.

Doesn’t work most of the times! SBI is only of the largest bank in India and they should at least build a basic app with stability. They should outsource this app to a better IT company.
Defect in the user interface when using from the app
While using the app, Whenever I try to make premium payment, after I select the payment mode, I will not be able to scroll down in the dialogue box to go to the next page. I don’t know why every month this useless app keeps asking for update!!! Everytime I update and yet I face this issue, and I end up opening the browser from desktop and making the payment. Don’t you all do a round of basic end user testing after each update?!!!

The amount of assets they have, a basic flutter application can be better than this.
Very convenient app
Very convenient app as its name shows it is smart but it’s new version/ update don’t allow you to take screenshot of your account balance…that make it’s rating down….
Unnecessary Update
I was using Smart on my iPhone 7 and it was working fine. Later it gave a choice to update but I refused the choice and was using the earlier version which worked fine.
Now I am forced to update and the new version refuses to even open.
Please restore to us the choice of earlier version. The new one is completely useless to those with older phones.

While recording video the camera does not link
There is problem with the app. While taking photo the camera doesn’t come to take selfie. Also the recording of video does work.
I have wasted almost three days for submitting certificate of existence. Company has to first try the app with there own persons.

Very bad App
I facing a lot of issues wrt app.. for everything it navigates to the browser then what is the point of having app. I want to set auto pay it navigates to browser, I want to download/email the premium certificate it navigate to browser. It is worst app and is not user friendly. I really dont know how this app have good reviews as well.

It’s is THE super slow App so far
For everything the SBILife personnel have protocol like 10-15 working days. But our query will also be not resolved and cannot be prioritized. Again a mail request will be asked to be sent and there will be further delay to process it. For everything there will be an easy answer from the service team “sorry, we regret for the inconvenience, but we have to follow the protocol”. Finally they will try their best to loot our money!

Worst App. No Face ID
This app looks web version. You need to enter all the every time you try logging in.
Not up to the mark
I paid premium but it is stuck at success message on the browser page after deducting the payment. It did not reflect the payment in app even after restarting the app.
Fix login issue for US client using iOS
App stopped working after latest updates. Login using MPIN option not working on either iOS app or on new website. It’s hanging while verifying email id due to CORS policy issue. These are some basic checks any app or web developer should test, dumbfounded by low standards SBI is managing its digital presence being India’s one of the largest bank. Please fix this ASAP.

Taking ages to login and never able to get into the app. Shame SBI for such a pathetic app. Wondering how did AppStore allowed this app.
Broke the App
While trying to add more feature unfortunately they broke the app. It was working fine after the last two updates one after the other the App simply doesn’t work on IOS.
