Wrong information

Even After sending SMS from my registered mobile number, it is shown that my registered number is not in their record. How can I install this app?

Useless App.

SIM card is there but without network it’s showing no SIM card. Those peoples are travelling Internationally this app is useless. SBI secure otp app doesn’t have this problem. If app required mobile network then will get the otp through SMS. PhonePe, Google Pay also SIM binding app but it’s not required mobile network only require SIM card present in the mobile. Please make this app like this then only it useable.

Not worth of time

Very painful and not at all user friendly .. need proper testing with all test cases to ease the pain of users.

Cannot access app without sim network even if connected to WiFi

Iam a seafarer. Middle of the ocean there is no sim network and this app won’t work without sim network even if using WiFi. I was using Secure OTP app, which worked fine. Tell me SBI what should i do. Don’t ask me to send the error page screenshot as the app won’t allow taking screenshots.
