Cannot access app without sim network even if connected to WiFi

Iam a seafarer. Middle of the ocean there is no sim network and this app won’t work without sim network even if using WiFi. I was using Secure OTP app, which worked fine. Tell me SBI what should i do. Don’t ask me to send the error page screenshot as the app won’t allow taking screenshots.

App not responding

This app is really worst. I was trying to get log in to the net banking where i have been asked for otp via this app when I opened this app it was completely unresponsive, I could not able to get the otp.

Good but painful

I have been trying to unlock the app with re- registration as I entered wrong PIN and am locked out… trying this since last 24 hours!!! Tried everthing as per FAQ advice but still not successful!!!!

Unable to register

Unable to register, SBI apps are always frustrating another review from web application, for login into account asking for otp and not getting it from past 10 mints.

Most Dangerous Tool

Not sure why I should turn off WiFi for this to work. Also it gives some random number to which the pin will be sent. Absolutely ridiculous and shambolic design. Whoever decided to release this needs to be fired.

Always failing

After transaction approval app goes to yono lite login but when trying to login it says previous session is already open and transaction doesn’t complete. Older authentication app was so much better please bring it back

Terrible experience with sbi apps

I have latest iOS installed on iphone 14 promax this sbi app is not ready for main stream instead development team release untested version to public to mainly have bitter taste and always disappointing quality of product.

This app works great. Usually I am nor a fan of SBI apps and websites. But this one works as expected, does the job.

Terrible, dysfunctional and potential serious security risk

First thing, when I even opened the app, it requiring disabling WiFi, but the even serious issue is, it tries to detect my sim and shows an unknown number I never had, on confirming it would send my baking information to an unknown number, serious security risk.

Registering channel does not work

Pretty disappointed that SBI authenticator app cannot complete step 3 (channel addition). No error and no response. Just freezes when Verify button is clicked.

Does not allow for Registration

The app just does not do anything after providing the username and password for registration. MPIN has been set up correctly. How does the authentication work?

For completing the third step (channel registration) it simply does accept my valid credentials which otherwise work correctly on the website.

Pathetic app

Tried to register using netbanking id and password but doesn’t work. Another pathetic app by SBI. Do you have a quality testing team for testing the app before rollout. Fire them immediately.

Doesn’t login to register

Seems like no one is testing these apps from SBI, having issues with e-verify and now this app - very poor experience and can’t complete transactions. Need to love to another bank soon.
