Horrible App
Super glitchy, doesn’t give me attendance, bought a physical remote and didn’t get my five years free subscription. Complete scam, professors please do not make students pay for this.
Terrible
The whole concept of this is a scam and rips students off for the most basic software that should be free. Also sometimes the app doesn’t load during class so I get marked absent. Terrible concept for a company that literally makes a ton of money by somehow swindling schools to get all their students to buy this.

An Enemy of the People
In theory, iclicker could be a great academic tool. In practice, it’s deeply unreliable. When your grade depends on every correct answer and the app won’t load the question or repeatedly loses connection costing you multiple marks every class, a visceral hatred begins to fester. There must be a more reliable way for universities to assess students, rather than relying on an app that doesn’t always reflect a student’s understanding and instead penalizes them for internet or technical issues that are out of their control.

Your app’s location function is broken… this app made me fail my class. Waste of money that doesn’t even work properly.
unnecessarily expensive
it works, does the job it’s supposed to, but too expensive for an app that just collects answers. there is no option for a 3-month subscription, the minimum length is 6 months, and again is overly expensive.
Absolutely horrendous
If you get a new phone the data does not transfer to the new one, it stays in the old phone meaning that you are now absent for all previous classes you were present in.

Laggy and terrible to use.
It is straight up a bad app. If college professors does not use this app, no one on earth will use it. Maybe there is a sponsorship going on idk. The only purpose of this app is for taking attendance. Nothing productive actually happens in this app.
Literal Scam
I paid for a 6-month subscription, and it ‘forgot’. This apparently isn’t a single incident, either; multiple classmates shared my problem.
Also, free multiple-choice and essay-answer software exists, so this is useless even if it worked.

I can’t believe I have to pay a subscription for something that is objectively so freaking simple- I genuinely think that this company is so greedy to make the lifetime purchase so expensive for an app that is literally kahoot but for adults
Doesn’t work
We have to use this app for attendance, but the after logging in the app is a blank white screen and doesn’t do anything.
Never Use
So I’m currently attending a college that is extremely money hungry. When you have to pay for your own college along with extra etextbooks and APPS LIKE THIS??? Gang… why we taking attendance on this app?? It’ll say I’m absent, but I’m fr in the app/class. Teachers please do not use this app. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
