Great for shell collecrtions.

My collection is growing and the “Icollect everything” app has helped me know what i have and vastly improves the way i can study the collection in that it makes it possible to search the family im interested in or species. It will pull up anything independently. Really helping me to the classification of the shells and in the end has increased enjoyment i get from this study. So, shell collectors out there gice it a try-i think you will like it.

Constant notifications asking to subscribe

Insanely annoying. Every day or so I get a notification telling me to sub for a hundred bucks before the price doubles in the coming future. Its been months of receiving the same notification and the price hasnt changed. Clearly a scummy tactic to get money from people with FOMO.

Needs more features

There’s a lot to like here but I could use a few fresh features like bulk uploading of non-sequential issues or items

Best Book App

Update: I’ve sent two emails in three weeks for support and received no response so maybe an updated review will get their attention? The app has turned buggy. It doesn’t save images correctly and it won’t save item location. I found out after updating 750 books that 70% have saved correctly while 30% pretended to save information. That meant I had to go back through all 750 to double check which books were missing information. It’s incredibly frustrating. I have over 4000 books. I do not want to spend more time and money on another app. I need this one to work and I need communication from the creators. Normally they’ve been great in the past.

I downloaded every major book app I could find and then went through each one to find the one I felt would meet my needs. This app was the best one.

It has the most customizations. I personally need to see front and center: the cover artwork, author, title, series, format, and if something is a special edition. This app allows me to see all those things in an organized and simple list.

It’s super easy to add books in bulk. The app does a great job finding even the most obscure book.

Right now I’ve catalogued over 1800 books and the app still quickly loads.

I love that it even tracks my wishlist items.

A few things I would change (some of these are bugs):
Add a decimal for series numbers to easily catalog novellas in a series.
Let’s say I buy a book that was on my wishlist and I scan it in, it says I own a duplicate. It would be nice is the wishlist wasn’t connected in this way because it makes me think I own two of the same book but I don’t.
There’s a bug where sometimes I will click a book and when I change to a different book, the first book’s image is now associated with the second book.
When manually adding a book to the wishlist, it asks if I have an ISBN twice if I say no, I don’t have one.

Long time & ‘Lots’ user

Been using iCollect for a really long time and have 1000’s of items catalogued…
Really easy to use, really easy to manage, really easy to ‘look’ at and find your stuff…
Very helpful team, great job and opportunities to share

Stop ruining everything with AI

I started using this app back in 2023 or so, it’s been very useful for keeping track of my manga collection and various other book collections of mine. But recently, it’s been frustrating even adding new books to the app. Even when I use the “scan barcode” option to manually enter it, the titles and images are still not completely accurate. I’m assuming this is due to further addition of AI features. This app did not need AI to begin with. I’m highly considering switching my collection tracking to another app. Screw genAI.

Not fond of the price but, it keeps track of ya collection .

It’s an expensive app for sure , but it overall it is better than most of what’s out there . I feel I’m pioneering the nascar diecast data base lol ,for if ya can’t find your item you have to provide all the details ya self.. It would be great if the AI feature was not per scan I have over a 1000 cars and entering them manually is tedious, I don’t know how the pro version works yet I bought the lifetime membership I didn’t know it was another 100 to be a pro member..the pricing is a bit off as well but it makes for a nice looking total ..lol. For a new app is has potential.. it’s like an excel for iPhone.

Almost Perfect (Revised 07/14/26)

I’m guessing the whole app and website is down or hacked. App opens, but all I’m getting is the buffering icon. None of the app buttons are working. Tried to use the app support feature on the App Store. Keeps sending me to a dead link. Hope they fix it soon. - 07/14/26

This is a great app, but it missing a important aspect. I see no online access through PC. This is crucial for more in depth editing. As when one is initially scanning, we are only putting minimal information.

Bibliothèque

An excellent book listing device helping one to track books on the go

Admins unresponsive

I sent an email a week and still have not received a reply.

Great for organizing my action figure collection

I love the ease of the barcode scanning system as well the built value estimates provided by the app. I’m really excited to get a handle on my collection and this app checks all the boxes.

Very limited customisation

Sadly you can’t add fields to any of the predefined collections which renders them useless.

You can create a collection from scratch but with a very limited number of field types e.g. you can’t add a URL field ; you can’t add an integer field ; you can’t add a list of names field. So a custom collection is also useless.

Excellent but EXPENSIVE

I would have kept this app if it didn’t cost over $100 to catalogue more than 25 of an item.

Langage

A quand la prise en charge du français ?

Ok if you have 5 minutes per car to manually enter every car

It draws you in with promises of fast scans and bulk scan capabilities but that just not accurate. You have to pay for AI scans. The bulk feature doesn’t work at all. It states it will give you options since the UPC code is case specific, not car specific so it will give you the cars in that case to choose from. It only did that one time and the rest of the time, you have to maually enter every single detail and take new pics. Even if you buy the premium version you still have to pay for the AI Scans and it’s very costly. Good if you have thousands of dollars to throw away for scans. If you have a very large collection. Not the app for you. If you have 15 car, use its free feature.

Excellent

On retrouve facilement ça collection et et une valeur en temps réel

Mehhh

I was looking for an app to keep track of my Black Series figures and Funko pop collection and this app was in all of my google searches labeled as FREE. Which it is NOT. you only get 15 scans until you have to buy a membership or upgrade. The price isn’t even reasonable. The cheap option is like $30. I’m sorry, I’m not paying $30 for something I can do in my Notes app.

The pricing on stuff is also not accurate. Not that it would really affect me using the app, as I would use EBay for pricing.

The fact that they advertise it as FREE is misleading and predatory in my opinion.

I collect seems to work very well

First time user and so far it seems to work well. Easy to catalog open items. Easy to add to a list.

Doesn't read bar code

Having trouble with bar code reader

I like the format and functions but expensive and glitchy

I like the format and functions which is why I pay for it, however for an expensive paid app, it has been way too glitchy, many times not accessible when I need it, won’t load my inventory without any notification of an update or whatever. I expect better from something that costs this much.
