Please fix the app!
I’d rather support a more local theater branch. But this app won’t work. It just says “Network Error”. I’ve tried it on cellular as well as wifi. Please fix!
App does not work
Installed and reinstalled several times. Connection error. Nowhere to find support. Really ICON showplace?
Bad App
Downloaded the app and it will not work. Tried logging in through the app, on Google, and through Facebook, and none worked. Tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and it still would not work. I have tried this several times over several months, and it still doesn’t work. Now the Icon website is down, so I can’t even buy tickets that way. I guess it’s time to go back to Regal.

Can’t even make an account/sign in with Google
Got this app to try and get tickets to a show. Tried to use Google to sign in (like I do with everything) and I kept getting an error that it was unauthorized. (May be an issue with Google so I decide to try and make an account). Click on sign up, enter information, click “join”, get a loading circle for a few seconds and then nothing. Just stays on the same information input screen.
Tried force closing app and uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn’t work. Defeats the purpose of an app if you can’t use it.
