Issues with seeing ID card in app
I always have issues with seeing my card in the app.

Got my IATA digital card on the app
Nothing works!!!
This is possibly the worst app. Nothing works and constantly have to delete and reload.
Full of bugs
Very frustrating and totally useless. Silly messages - error occurred , try later. Travel agents deserve better than this trash.

Old information
This app has last years card that expired in 2025. My membership was renewed for 2026 but it isn’t here. IATA needs to hire a professional who will find the glitches and fix it. So aggravating.
App doesn’t stay updated
Even when keeping it updated through the app store, this app doesn’t load updated information of the agent profile, including membership expiration dates.
How to update card
If you have renewed your card but it doesn’t update in the app, then try deleting the app, reinstalling and logging back in. That worked for me :)

Why would you take away wallet support?

No update my Apple Wallet with the new card id

Old app allowed you to add card to wallet, now that option is gone. Super annoying that there’s no way to save the card for offline access any more
IATA has really dropped the ball
Can’t access my digital card and no way to get it. Extremely frustrating between all their different sites and nothing is updated for them discontinuing the old app that actually was passable but was still a terrible app.
Cannot sign in!
This app is truly terrible! Can’t sign in, no customer service, my coworkers can’t get in either. Frustrating! The website is barely usable too.
App Is useless
Can’t login to access on mobile. But on a PC it does. We are paying membership fees annually for a useless app
Useless app save your time
Decided to finally try the app, and dated so much time trying to get it to work only to delete it off my phone. It’s useless, malfunctions, don’t waste your time on this like I did. All other reviewers are very accurate. Honestly the iata is something I get for free or else this isn’t worth any cost if you do pay for it.

Login doesn’t work
I’ve updated my card before it expired and needed a digital one. It’s been over a month and this app still gives a login error. The site works fine with the same login info but this app doesn’t work and for whatever reason, it’s the ONLY way to get a digital ID card. Why does this even exist?
Can’t give 0 stars
After many years, this will be my final year of iata membership, and I plan to advise anyone who will listen to follow suit. The official IATA website explains the only way to access your digital card is via the AgentExperience app, which hasn’t existed in sometime. After some internet sleuthing, I discovered that app has been replaced by this heaping pile of garbage, which first forces you to agree to data sharing prior to the login screen, then tells you your password has expired and needs to be reset, and then when you select the ‘forgot password’, sends you a link to a black screen. Truly phenomenal work, IATA. And with no way to contact them for assistance! I’ll take my $35 back please.

No more Apple Wallet Support
For some reason they removed support for adding the card to Apple wallet. This move makes absolutely no sense.
Fraudulent
The app DOES. NOT. WORK! And it is fraudulent to charge a person money and not deliver on their goods! $48 and I have not received my physical card after having renewed 2 months ago and I’m unable to access my card using this trash app. Very upset!!
