CAN NOT PAY 추가요금!

I went over a few minutes over the 1 hour limit and it's asking me to pay an overage fee. I input my card info but it never accepts it and gives me an error since it only accepts Korean cards! whereas it accepted foreign cards for the 1 hour pass!

網路一直連不穩，好不容易連上了掃碼，結果一掃就跳掉，想要再用你買的號碼再掃一次的時候，他就跟你說沒有這個號碼了？？？重點是那台腳踏車根本沒有被解鎖，我根本就沒有辦法用。然後想要找客服，只能用電話。超級外國人不友善。還找不到地方退款。

Does not work for foreigners

WAF rules blocked the ip of my carrier. Git around that using a vpn to be unable to unlock the bike at all using camera or manual entry.

You can return the rented bicycle to any Seoul Bike rental station located throughout the city. Once you lock the bike's locking mechanism, the return process is completed. You will receive an audio prompt and a text message confirming the successful return.

The service is available to individuals aged 13 and above. Those who are exactly 13 years old will need to complete a membership registration process. The service operates 24 hours a day, all year round.
