强迫每天第一单只能用每月次数受限的领菜卡免运费，之后才可以用会员每天一次的免运费。这样等于把每天的免运费额度浪费掉。只有领菜卡免运费用完才能用

配送範圍

應該要重新定義盒馬鮮生可以配送的範圍。我每週都會固定在盒馬買鮮食，但是送貨的地址不在配送範圍內，搞得我必須得選其他位置，再備注我的收貨地址。但這樣就很靠小哥的應變能力，能力差的就不會用導航，讓我等了將近兩小時才拿到貨，導致鮮食都不新鮮了

配送态度差无法售后

近期订购了一次盒马配送要求配送送货上门告诉了他怎么进入小区方法，但他拒绝，然后放下就走了，然后我们说要配送配送员非常的有恃无恐，让我们抓紧投诉，然后我们投诉之后发现根本投诉无门，因为客服只会记录，并不会给你做出详细的措施，客服基本就是在助长这些无良配送员的风气，建议不要使用使用其他的替代品都比这个好很多
