Вся нужная информация где-то неизвестно где, пополнить баланс в приложении без привязки карты нельзя, это вообще неслыханно! Самое худшее приложение самого худшего оператора. Работа сотрудников такая же, поголовно некомпетентны.

Замечательная связь

С каждым годом оператор мобильной связи МТС улучшает связь настолько, что по итогу не дозвониться до собеседника. А повышение цен на тарифы только усиливает желание сменить оператора.

Не зайти в приложение, принуждают обновить, зачем чтобы что? Чтобы сканировать на наличие винипухов?

Никогда с ними не связывайтесь

При отрицательном балансе, нельзя войти в приложение, установить и тд. Пришел в офис простоял 57 минут, 1 оператор в час пик и 12 человек в очереди, ЭТО УЖАС, ЭТО ТАКАЯ ЗАБОТА О КЛИЕНТАХ!
