самое конченое приложение невозможно ничего скачать на устройство х

Загрузка фото автоматическая, но только при открытом приложении. Это неудобно

I wonder if the original quality is being uploaded
I want to know if it only uploads new media and not re-upload already available media ?

The files are uploaded to the Disk in their original quality. However, in order to see or reproduce them in the original, they must be downloaded to your device.
