Very bad app & portal
Very bad app and portal, i have some missing document for renewal and both app and web portal do not accept uploading the documents.
The app doesn't work with voice Over
If you are blind and you're trying to use the application then it doesn't work almost at all using voice over Function on iPhone. Don't tell me that I need to update my iOS because I'm running iOS 26.5 the latest to this day. when I click on my name or my wife's name nothing works and if any notifications appeared I can't dismiss them using VoiceOver. I have to hand over my phone to my wife and she closes the notifications but I can't do it on my own. Also if my font is at 100% most of the options disappear
