Worst experience ever

I’ve been trying to add my family to my insurance for the last 2 months, and Thiqa has the worst customer service ever. Visited the branch and booked two virtual sessions, but no one joined or tried to help.

Actually, the old was much better it used to show details, approvals including dates and all. The new one is a total failure and it obviously shows nothing

Login Issues

No matter what you do , keep trying , keep changing the password , there’s is no way you can login using the app. While online using the website is working fine . I also think the app is limited and needs more improvements .

المفروض تسهيل استخدام التطبيق وليس العكس ، بعد محاولات كثيرة لتحديث البيانات والمحاولة للتسجيل من جديد وايضا عند كتابة رقم الاسرة (خطأ) . تم حذف التطبيق .
