I am writing this from the FLOOR. In front of their one (1) ticket desk. Where I will be sitting for the next hour because not a single agent exists.
The app says you don’t need a middle name on your ticket. LIE. You need it. Security denied me over a rule that is not in their own app. So I came to fix it — and the entire staff vanished. During peak rush hour. They have a no-work policy and they only enforce it when you need them most.

진짜 어플부터 시작해서 회사 모든게 최악임 하.. 22년도쯤 처음 쓰고 그때 문제 생겨서 절대 다시는 안탄다 했는데, 이번에 혹시나 싶어 로그인해보려니 휴먼회원이라 인증하라길래 인증하니까 404fobidden 에러뜨면서 인증 안됨ㅋㅋㅋ 여전하네
