人在印尼的時候出差使用當地ip去購買軟體，付的是付費版，並且我使用的一直都只有一個帳號（台灣地區），回台灣繼續使用，總用了一個月左右突然跳出使用地區異常（禁止使用）並顯示要求加入微信帳號（管理員）去溝通解除方式，我照操作，加了管理員後，沒想到各種話術我要我私下轉帳付費再加錢給他，他可以幫我後台解除。
我要告訴大家，這是一種違法的勒索行為，這個行為我已經透過apple 後台舉報，也已經核實如實退我款，一定要從apple去聯繫，不然他們不會理你。
這個事實我提供所有ip紀錄都是完整，沒有翻牆跳出哪一個ip位置購買，所以經過證實這個公司的確是有明確問題，請大家不要支持！

免費是騙人，開app要電話登錄，但使用上跟電話號碼没有關係，完全只為收集個人資料，家俬安裝顯示一半要附費先有得顯示。費用仲要係月費或年費，一個月成$400，自己間屋一張圖由打牆到完工都要成三個月啦，比成$1200仲要自己劃，呢個19 app真當人傻仔。

Would be good if more things were free. I’ve realised you’ve changed some of the free ones to member centre to buy for £45 but just saying that’s not gonna persuade me to buy it so stop adding more member centre furniture and stuff cause I will never ever get them.If you want more people to play this think of making way more furniture and permanent fixtures for free. One other bad thing is there is only one floor if there were 2 floors it would be nice but honestly not too happy.Good quality tho but you could improve with a lot more to be better.
