利用して5年目ですが急に(予期せぬエラー)となりログイン出来ず。再ダウンロードしても無理。3日前に問い合わせるも返信がなくかなり困っています。

ひどいアプリ Terrible App

予約して確認メールを受け取ったものの、予約した日にクラスが開講されていないことが何度もあったので、このシステムは信用できません。

I reserve an appointment and get a confirmation but the class is not available on the date of the reservation. This happened many times so I don’t trust this system.
