This it’s one of the best app and I bought the full version and I’m absolutely amazed with the app, feel every single move
Effective but time consuming
A very good, effective routine have been using on and off for several years now. Only thing is takes a big commitment time wise which gets more challenging along with exercises! Would also be good if charted all days of use, even when going back to earlier days following short breaks, as overwrites, meaning loss of full record. Worth it though!

The app is good but it’s annoying that…
The app is good and serves the purpose but it’s annoying that you can’t play Spotify in the background
Pure torture
I’ve done this before, it’s not for the faint hearted. 1st and foremost, it’s a great workout to quickly build core strength. I’m very overweight, not expecting to see abs, but I know this works and the app functions really well. You have to fight through the 1st 10 days, but once you have it gets part of a routine. I believe the sim is to build up to the final workout and them move that workout to a selection of days as part of a normal routine

W formie motywacji.
Może być lepiej. Wykupiłem wersje pro na iPhone i niestety nie mam dostępu do żadnych ustawień które powinny być w takowej wersji. Także niestety pojawiają się reklamy. Plus pro to że chyba mogę faktycznie kontynuować ćwiczenia po 7 dniu.
