If you can get the scan to work on shared mobility it’s good. Only works 10% of the time.
Love it when it works but it cannot be depended on. Customer service in Korean so difficult for non English speakers. I like the service but directions not straightforward and only was able to get a bike occasionally. Good service, nice bikes but scan does not work well and could not find the number in place of scan. I hope they improve the app.

Horrible app
Couldn’t even authenticate myself because it wouldnt accept my phone number gave and couldn’t see what’s wrong because all of the text was Korean wouldn’t recommend
Limited for foreigners
This app seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. However after locating an ebike I found it impossible to add a payment method. Choosing ‘foreign card’ took me to a screen (in Korean) which just offered a list if cards to choose from, most of which I hadn’t heard off before and none of which I could use. I ended up using GCOO which lets you use any normal bank card.

걍돈뜯어내는어플
이미 당한사람 많네요ㅡㅡ 한번이용한걸로 바로 구독되고 월5900원씩 뜯기는데 저녁10시넘어서 결제되서 6개월간 돈뜯겼는데 약관상 7일이내 어쩌고하면서 전액환불안된다배째라식이네요. 금감원이랑 뉴스에 다 보고하고싶네요
