Не работает подписка после обновления

Есть подписка. Приложение не работает после обновления 1.07.2026 а поддержка доступна только через приложение!!!!! Как мне связаться с разработчиком????? Приложение вылетает сразу же!!!! И не написать вам напрямую.

Здравствуйте, очень хорошее приложение, приятный дизайн и удобный интерфейс. НО! Добавьте, пожалуйста, учебник НПККЯ 1 ТОМ, я начинающая в изучении китайского, мы занимаемся по этому учебнику. Я сразу купила подписку, но разочаровалась, что не нашла именно этот учебник :( Еще хотелось бы тренировки по написанию иероглифов, именно на этом их запоминание 🤲🏻

не поняла что приключилось

покупала приложение, когда начинала учить китайский. забыла про него на некоторое время, восстановила приложение, а покупки восстанавливать не хочет. нашла выписку из апп стора с покупкой. приложение это, но подписку покупай новую 🌚 пре-кол

хорошее, но есть баги

обалденное приложение, но синхронизация между айфоном и айпадом не часто происходит, и недавно я решила все-таки приобрести подписку, чтобы разбирать больше текстов, а окно с оплатой тупо не грузится ни на одном из устройств :(((
