My kid has been doing exercises for a year
I took him to an ophthalmologist and who told be these exercises have no clinical benefit and if my son was treated earlier it’s possible the glasses and eye patching could have helped him.

This is can't damage your eyes. The screen itself is bright and the eyes are better focused and not distracted by external stimuli.

This app is brilliant.. on the surface it seems like the rest..
It sounds cliche’ but after one exercise, my ability to focus was immediately improved in a way I haven’t even experienced... kinda surreal...
