Не работает

Приложение не работает. Пишет , что лицевой счет отсутствует и следует обратится в управляющую компания , хотя, если заходить через сайт , все работает прекрасно

пишет при входе , что якобы не оформлен ни один лицевой счет,
захожу через браузер, проблем нет вообще
бесполезное приложение , не работает, только место занимает на телефоне
