База номеров

Перестал работать блокировщик и определитель номеров, при попытке обновить базу данных написано что нет соединения с интернетом (без впн, с впн, через wi-fi, мобильный интернет - никак). Удаляла и переустанавливала

Закройте все приложения в меню многозадачности. Затем зайдите в наше приложение → Все сервисы ⊞ → Определитель номера → обновите базу и не сворачивайте приложение. Если ошибка повторяется, перейдите в настройки устройства → Телефон → Блокировка и идентификация вызова → дождитесь завершения загрузки, затем повторите шаги сначала.

Повышение цен

Повысили цену на опцию «Алиса плюс» не отправив ни одного уведомления и списали в два раза больше.
