Не открылся замок не вернули деньги

Арендовали на 30 минут (17 Byn) по итогу не открылся замок не смогли прокатиться даже. написали поддержку сказали решим ваш вопрос и уже прошла почти недели никто не ответил и не вернули деньги

Заплатили больше, чем по факту ездили по времени. Писала в поддержку, сказали вернут разницу. В итоге разницу не вернули. Не советую

Нет возможности адекватно остановить поездку

Взял карету, покатался 40 мин. В итоге из за отсутствия интернета не смог завершить поездку. В поддержке меня игнорят.

Не предлагал выбрать тариф, может он где-то и был но приложение ужасно не удобное и не понятное. пришлось платить за час, хотя 15 мин было нам достаточно, нам сказали что тариф поминутный, а вот и нет. Ценник сильно завышенный, не рекомендую

Перед стартом аренды пользователю предлагаются три варианта: 🔹 Поминутный 🔹 Экспресс 🔹 Оптимальный Выбор зависит от пользователя — ни один тариф не подключается автоматически. Однако если информация была неочевидной — это сигнал для нас улучшить визуальное оформление и навигацию. Мы понимаем, что оплата за час при поездке 15 минут вызывает недовольство. Если вы выбрали «Оптимальный 60», стоимость фиксированная. Для коротких поездок действительно выгоднее использовать поминутный тариф. Спасибо, что поделились своим мнением.
