It works
Gotta say, downloaded this app and had my digital vaccine passport in like 5 minutes. Note I was using this app in Japanese; if you don’t speak Japanese I am not sure it is as easy to use.
The passport number issues were fixed for me.
As of the most recent update, I was able to get a certificate with the passport number as all numbers (rather than misreading as letters) — thank you!
I’ve given 4 stars because it’s only available in Japanese, but it works as expected now, and I’m glad it’s on the US App Store regardless.

In 2022 no English?!
We are in 2022 and this app is not offering any other languages?

It scanned my number card flawlessly. However it didn’t scan my passport correctly. I have four “1” in my passport number and it translated all of them as “L”. Making this app well, useless. Please fix this. Other than that, it be a convenient app.

パスポートの0を読み取れません
国内用は接種証明書を簡単に追加できて良かったですが、海外用は追加をしてみたらパスポートの「0」をローマ字の「Ｏ」で間違えて読み取ってしまいました。何回かしようとしましたが、やっぱり読み取れません。
It shows 60890 error messages
Why it won’t scan a passport is beyond me, remember not all the passport has the same layout, just look for keywords on the passport when scanning. Basics !
Useless/Typical Japanese Execution
Completely useless app. Available in Japanese only…for an international proof of vaccination. It would be nice for Japan to eventually advance beyond 1920. At least it’s not necessary to fax anything in…although this simply doesn’t work at all sooooooooooo…
Too easy to input the wrong code and lock your My Number card
Be really careful inputting your code.
Works sort of
My number card scanned quickly and properly. However when I scan my passport it picks up and displays my full name, first middle and last. But after confirming the information correct, it then only displays my middle and last name on the app vaccine passport page. This probably needs to be fixed.
パスポートは読み取れない。
マイナンバーカードはスムーズに読み取れて国内の分はよかったですけど、海外のパスポートをうまく読み取れてません。0がOになったり、1がLになったり、多分使用できるものになりません。お早めに治しください。
海外のパスポートの読み込みができていない
海外のパスポートの所有者ですが、パスポート番号の 「1」を間違って「L」と読み込んでいます。何回もスキャンしてみましたが、毎回間違って読み込んでいました。
マイナンバー読み取れない
マイナンバーカードが読み取れません。エラーメッセージ69900(予期せぬエラーが発生しました)と62010(マイナンバーカードを読み取れませんでした)が出て来て次に進めません。
Doesn’t work
Namath or may not be the app’s fault, but I successfully scanned in my MyNumber card and was identified. The app even proudly proclaimed that it had found my vaccination record. It shows that I am unvaccinated despite the fact that I’ve had two doses. Forget it. I’ll stick with a photo of my vax record instead.
