Worst customer service
Never. Not a single time they answered my call or even called me back. Shipping has been delayed over a week, all the frozen food that I ordered gone bad. Had to throw all of them. Don’t even think about ordering from them and expect a decent customer service. Good luck.
App works fine
Great app. Lots of low reviews for it not being in English. Very easy to switch to English clicking on the icon next to the shopping cart.

다른 기기로이 이 앱을 다운 받아서 애플 아이디로 로그인을 시도 했지만 안되는데 오류라면 수정 해주실 수 있나요!?
For Korean only?
Hmm seems like they are more targeted to Korean only since the App is in Korean whenever you open it. Yes you can change it to English when you scroll ALL the way down but HEY, why not make English as a default since you are marketing to people here in the US?

Pop-up won’t go away
Experienced the same issue on the desktop site where pop-up notification won’t go away and leaves me unable to do anything, much less navigate away from the ad. Please fix, I want to order some rice cakes.
