Don’t even know why anyone would bother with rental agency with headaches in lines and return times and all types of hidden fees… this is the best!
App is a game changer!
Much quicker and accurate than waiting for a representative. Know where the car is actually located, easily add hours, and rack up purple points in a visual way.

Convenient and flexible
I live in Jerusalem. It’s too crowded to deal with parking. There are so many city car options within a few blocks of our apartment that I can always find a vehicle.

This is one of the worst apps
In terms of usability and number of errors, this is one of the most disgusting applications. It feels like it was implemented by some student who started programming a week ago and believes that he already understands how to develop applications for other users. Network error pop-up keeps appearing. If the driver's license was scanned, then why do I need to enter all the fields from it manually? Choosing an address during registration is a separate quest. And this happens almost everywhere... in general, I select the application from their competitors.

פונקציונאליות בסיסיות של הזמנה והרשמה עובדות,
כל מה שנוגע לבקשות מורכבות יותר אין אפשרות,
ה UI יכול להיות יותר יפה ויותר יעיל אבל כל עוד הוא עובד ופחות או יותר מובן אפשר להסתדר,
בתמיכה לא נוהגים לענות מהר אם בכלל כך שאם נתקעתם או שבצעתם טעות לא יהיה כה נעים,
לפחות זה כבר לא web app אז צל״ש על זה,
בנוגע לשרות עצמו זו כבר מגילה אחרת.
