Bad app with No quality control
This app is unusable as the key lard to input your password is offset and doesn’t load properly. Just adjust the padding on the keyboard object! Also, the app seems to be built using outdated app practices. Please just hire a foreign team to build the app, you can auto add libraries and link them internally using a database for the languages.

Has so many bugs
The apps really buggy and since the last update I can’t log in the keyboard disappeared despite is always change and that make it so hard to use
what happened!
Everything was working fine until the update. My keyboard isn’t showing up anymore so I can’t sign in to use the global remittance! I rely heavily on this to send money back home. Please tell me there will be an update to fix this soon!

The Update Killed the Apps Keyboard
As soon as the app updated to 2.5.5 for iOS a few days ago, you cannot sign in with your certificate because the keyboard doesnt load properly. Keyboard is offset and pushed down on the screen. All the keys are also blank. I now have to physically go to the bank to transfer money.
2020.04.24 graphical bugs on iPhone 8+ impossible to use
The keyboard appears blank / white, letters don’t show up and keyboard size don’t match... (latest iOS and 2020.04.24 update of this app), there are graphical glitches. Impossible to use it anymore.
Fix the app
Please fix the app. I can log in because it cuts off the keyboard to type in the password.

The latest update took away the option to use special characters keyboard needed to log in in using the digital certificate, so I can’t log in
Crashing
The app suddenly won’t open. I hope this can be fixed soon because it’s not convenient to do transactions on my PC in most cases.

Keeps crashing.
The app keeps crashing! Super annoying when you’re in the middle of transferring money to pay your bills and then you have to do it all over again. Please fix!!! I used to love using this app. It was super convenient. Now it makes me stressed out!

Lots of language options, and transfers go smoothly.
Garbage app
Latest update makes the app crash on launch. Additionally, it uses clunky proprietary keyboards, isn't even optimized for an iPhone six, requires useless digital certificates, is generally slow and unreliable, and generally has poor usability and hard-to-find menus and features.
