제발 어플 개선에 돈 좀 써주세요
어플 들어가는 자체부터 속도 너무 느리고 뭐 결제하려고하면 매번 튕기고 앱을 왜 이런식으로 관리하시는건가요?
관리를 하시긴 하시는건가요
중요한 결제를 하거나 결제할 일이 있을때 결제도 어플 들어가는것도 안되는데 앱을 어떻게 쓰라는건가요?
타은행 많이 쓰고있지만 하나 페이처럼 답답하고 버그 많은 어플은 처음입니다
어플때문에 뱅킹 해지하고싶네요
제발 이미 만드셨으면 버그 수정이나 제대로 앱이 돌아갈수있게 좀 만들어주세요

No English interface
It’s ridiculous that in 2025 with thousands of foreigners living in Korea you only support one language. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and I should be able to bank comfortably. Or at least take screenshots without a stupid popup constantly. I would not have to do that if you SUPPORTED OTHER LANGUAGES!!!!
