What a company that you can upgrade your plans easily but can’t change it to a cheaper one! Call 10086 5 times and all I got was that they would report it to a higher manager. However, no managers called me or contacted me, which should be achieved if the receptionists of China Mobile’ words actually mean something.

一到国外就扣流量没出国前所有的漫游流量都关闭了，反馈一周都没处理，无视备注电话联系的时间，专门国内下午国外凌晨睡觉时间联系，也不尝试再次联络，无视多次反馈、投诉。每次一样的回答每次都要48小时，搞笑吗？
