7月6日下载该软件，下载后十几分钟就删除了这个软件，我都不知道这个软件要收费，直接就扣了我48元费用，第一时间联系苹果申请退款，两次都没有通过，苹果现在已经没有处理权限，现在联系贵公司强制收回会员服务，处理我的问题，谢谢
