Very Limited and Disappointing App
Unfortunately, this app is a failure. It only allows transfers between accounts and offers no real features. There is no card management, no USD account, and no advanced banking services.
As for cards, only 3 telecom companies in Libya are supported (Libyana, Almadar, and Libya Telecom), even though there are many other internet and telecom providers in Libya that are not supported.
What’s worse, there is no proper customer support. You can’t contact the bank directly through the app, and you are forced to visit the bank in person for basic issues, which is very inconvenient.
Overall, the app needs major improvements and should include more features to be useful.

من أسوء التطبيقات المصرفية الموجودة في ليبيا. وخصوصا عدم القدرة على تتبع والاطلاع على بطاقات الفيزا كما في المصارف الأخرى.
تحديث التطبيق
نرجو منكم تحديث التطبيق و تفعيل كافة المميزات الخاصة بالتطبيق. مثل البطاقات و moneygram و تحويلات LY pay وغيرها من باقي المميزات

The worst banking application. I advise people to find other banks. Almost every service you choose you face a technical error, especially when trying to purchase Credit for devices.
