The original game play was far better, change it back 😂 it’s a boring game now with just one mode

If you have a higher amount of money, you are not matched in cheaper or lower rooms due to “having too high a gin level.” Then it’s almost borderline impossible to get a jackpot because you never get a good hand. Purely a game of bots and pure luck! Minimal skill to play this game. Not trying to bash the game, but it wasn’t done well by any means.

Like all Zynga games, this game is rigged so you lose every time no matter what you do, in an effort to force you to pay them for more game currency. Your bot opponents make moves that don’t make any sense and outvote you when the stockpile runs out. If you would win on a reshuffle, they vote not to reshuffle, if you’d win on no reshuffle, they vote to reshuffle. Not to mention Zynga’s M.O. of trying to bully you into accepting tracking.

Rip off
This game has ripped my off 2 weeks in a row. I was in 1st place in the winners club BY A LOT, thousands and thousands of points ahead of anyone else. All of a sudden I had NO POINTS. The game made me start all over. This game will not ever get any of my money. I have sent NUMEROUS messages to support and they don’t even have the common courtesy to respond. I have WASTED numerous days on this game. I’M DONE AND SO IS THIS GAME. What a joke.

I’m giving them one star and a bad review because Gin Rummy Plus had me download this app saying I would get 10k coins and they didn’t pay out. I deleted this app!

Great game… but not enough players!
I love this game, but find it hard to find a competitor. I’m lucky if I can find one other player per day. I suggest more advertising to build player numbers.
Coins stolen
I was number 6 in the Winners Club and suddenly my coins all disappeared and I was at the bottom again. Emailed support but no answer. You guys really need to be more responsive.
Pure bots
This game is full of bots. Not many real players. Constantly waiting for ages for a game start and after a few minutes it’s a bot. Not really fun when you know you’re always playing house so it’s just a chance game.

They won't let you play in lower levels until you lose. Then, you will lose more games than you will win. Other players will get every card they need but you never get the card you need. Every round I play, my card ALWAYS get thrown out after it passed my turn. They let players determine if they want to continue playing. Why? If the player(s) didn't want to play why join in the first place. I have several players do that if they have one set of matches down. You can't hit on cards on the board when you throw your first matching set down. Have to wait until it comes back to you in order to do so! It's very unfair! You can log in EVERYDAY and you get the same amount for daily bonus. I don't understand! Once I play all my chips I'm uninstalling this game. Not worth it! The algorithm is these developers! Money hungry!
