Без этого приложения нельзя отправить и забрать посылку. Но при этом и паспорт нужен и смс верификация . Как быть людям без смартфонов

Ничего не работает

Ужасное приложение, адрес не ищет, войти в приложение не дает, не понимаю его существования. Но да это же почта России, чего можно ожидать. Исправьте все ошибки! Приложение вообще бесполезное!

Самая худшая доставка в стране , очень медленно всё доставляется это ужасно , тот же самый сдэк это другое дело , перешёл на него , почтой редко по нужде и каждый раз страдаю
