Over charge visitors

I took snap to my dentist they charged me 450,000 toman on return trip I called Touchal drivers and they charged me 250,000
When I asked my family why? They said it’s because they thought you are not Persian
Shame on your drivers
My cousin called and they fix it but I just don’t trust them. Price should be quoted before the ride starts
