I miss the details side by side from the old version, now I have to take extra steps to have the details for each account.

App does not open on iPhone 16 at all. Quits upon trying to open.
Less features than website and often down
Many browser-based app features (pop ups). Really a bad app, you can do less than in the website mobile version. Often the system is down and you can’t even check your own information. Not surprised for a FCU that has such a bad service

Limited app for a limited bank
The experience with the app is limited, much worse than any comercial bank’s. The service within the bank is also not comparable with non credit union banks.

Really convenient and useful app, I like that it recognizes Face ID. It would be really cool if it supported Venmo instant transfer though.
Worst banking app ever
I’m not sure who created this app or where is being hosted, but it doesn’t work 90% of the time. You have to try many times at different times and pray it works. Come on, you are a bank - you should have invested a little more and hired a company who knows what they are doing. This is just a rookie app. I ALWAYS get the error message “Aplication Error” “We are unable to display your information at this time” “Try again later”. Very disappointing.
