Very efficient banking experience that can be done remotely.
Deposit
Depositing checks is way too tedious. Some days it works fine, others take up to five attempts to get it accepted. Need to fix!
Too many glitches
The credit union suffers from having too little direct competition. The website is often down and the credit card app doesn’t work well. The card is often blocked when trying to buy air tickets.
Software transition
Poorly handled. No notice. Once done I had to re-register all banking details of usual wire transfers. Has created stress and pain. Very disappointing
