Very efficient banking experience that can be done remotely.
Deposit
Depositing checks is way too tedious. Some days it works fine, others take up to five attempts to get it accepted. Need to fix!
Too many glitches
The credit union suffers from having too little direct competition. The website is often down and the credit card app doesn’t work well. The card is often blocked when trying to buy air tickets.

The worst
App constantly shuts down, doesn’t keep up with live banking and takes forever to update. Credit Card should be available under same app. It is as trash as BFSFCU customer service support and understanding of case-by-case issues. I am legitimately finishing all my banking with them in order to not have to ever deal with this app ever again because it is so mind-numbingly useless

Amount
There is no period available when first entering the cheque, you have to press done to get in to the amount field.
Nothing is working properly
Worst app ever… The Face ID never works properly. There’s no way to go back to the previous page in the app. Not user friendly at all.
Miserable
The app often freezes when trying to take the second photo - and checks from insurance companies and government are regularly rejected. The app is more trouble than it is worth.
